What is YOUR CaPaCiTY to EARN?

YES! YES! YES!

The GREAT Edward here,

Heard this a few times this week from a Mentor of mine The GREAT Joe Schroeder and the Master Mind Group at The Million Mind March and had to share it.

And it goes a little something like this...

"You will only earn income to the degree that you can be replaced."

So, what does that mean?

Is there a limit to the Income I can earn?

Is it easy for someone to Replace me?

Well, simply put, here's how it is...

Lets say you Work at a JOB where you get Paid, lets say $51,000/yr.

You come to Work Every Day and DO Your JOB.

You get there at 9 am and leave by 5 pm Every Day.

Always get done what you can in the 8 hours that you have.

Maybe there is someone else that would be willing to Work at Doing Your JOB for $51,000/yr.

Hmmmm...

Does that mean that I could be replaced for $51,000/yr?

Yes it does!

And Therefore Your CaPaCiTY to Earn at that JOB is $51k/yr.

Interesting eh?

Now listen to this...

Your Working at Your $51K/yr. JOB and there are people willing to Do it for $40K / yr.

Watch out...

You might be out of that JOB soon.

So that's it... Pretty Simple Formula. Not too much Math here to Worry about.

But... the question You NEED to Be asking Yourself NOW is...

How do I keep My JOB?

How do I Increase our Capacity to Earn?

I'll give you a hint...

2 words...

Value

and

Influence

More on this later this week.

Share you thoughts below.

Make it a great day!

God Bless,

Urgent Prayer Request

Please pray for the daughter of my good friend Kevin and his family...
See message below. Thank you to all! Pass it on...
God Bless,

Keira our one year old has a bad GI bug and has been getting sick since last Wednesday. We took her to the walk-in clinic near our house where she got to see another pediatrician. This pediatrician has identified Keira as under weight (10th percentile, i.e. 90% of children her age are bigger!), and has order an upper GI and other blood tests (something our current doctor has been asleep at the wheel with)

At any rate we are looking for your prayers for Keira! That we find out what is wrong with her and find a course of treatment that will help her start to grow big and strong! Here is a picture of her so you can think about who you a praying for. The power of group prayer rocks! So I’m counting on you folks!
